T. Mariotti, a Genoa Industrie Navali Group shipyard, delivers the first ultra-luxury Expedition ship, commissioned by Seabourn

Seabourn Venture is the second ship we have the honour of delivering to its shipowner, since we became a partner of Genova Industrie Navali in 2017.

We still feel the excitement of these events and on 29 June, when the transfer of ownership between T. Mariotti and Seabourn Cruise Line was signed, the pride of belonging to this Group – made up of families of entrepreneurs and workers who have been handing down experience, passion and committed dedication for over a century – was very strong.

We completed this order in one of the most uncertain moments of our century, making the work of all those who, with tenacity, achieved the incredible result of seeing her put to sea even more remarkable.

Seabourn Venture, whose sister ship Pursuit is currently under construction in Genoa, is one of the most beautiful and technologically advanced ships we have ever seen. It is designed and conceived for cruises to the edge of the world: the Arctic and Antarctic.

To our partners Marco Bisagno and Marco Ghiglione, Chairman and CEO of T. Mariotti, respectively, and to all their staff, our warmest congratulations!
