Massimo Marzani is the new Group Chief Operating Officer
In October Massimo Marzanitook on a new role in the Finsea Group – Group Chief Operating Officer – in addition to the position already held as Deputy Managing Director of Yang Ming (Italy).
The decision was announced by the Chairman, in a note addressed to all employees: “we have decided to add a new position to the Group organisational chart. This person will support the CEO, Aldo Negri, andhelp him manage and coordinatethe activities of all ouroperating companies with a smoother and more complementary approach”.
Massimo Marzani will hold this position. He will report directly to the CEO and will oversee all the operational issues requiring Management’s coordination and support.
“For Massimo, this is the culmination of a career path that started when he joined our Group at a very young age and grew steadily, all the while sharing the company’s values and holding different positions with merit and dedication” concluded the Chairman.
