Passenger Vessels Hotel Operations
Ecm is a newly established branch of the
company.
Ecm is a company manned with professional people who have
been working for more than twenty years in the cruise industry.
It manages the hotel operations on board passenger vessels,
working as consultant for the hotel area together with product
managers of prestigious Cruise Companies. Some of them were
involved in creating the hotel operation concept of companies
of a certain level such as Silver Sea Cruise and Radisson
Seven Seas, others were involved in the sales and marketing
department of major Tour operators connected to the cruise
industry. This experience helps us to have a deeper understanding
of the various aspects in the cruise market, as for example
the importance of the complete satisfaction of each passenger.
The idea when projecting Ecm has
been to offer a highly customized service. It creates, together
with the Owner and-or the Tour Operator, a product which gives
greater value to the passengers. The intention is to offer
the expertise of the group to those clients who need particular
assistance in managing hotel areas. Attention to every single
detail will help the cruise product to give passengers what
they require, to disembark happy and become “future
repeaters”. Particular customer care on board and a
friendly atmosphere is what they expect and what Ecm is able
to provide to the partners.
Ecm, through a solid network of manning agencies based around
the world, has the
possibility and the resources to recruit the right people
for each operation.

This personnel
will be the ambassadors of the company and surely able to
provide a unique service necessary to promote the Company
name and reputation. Nowadays what distinguishes a cruise
line is the on board personnel; they are the key to success,
every single person needs to be screened and selection will
be done according to the requirements of each operation.
Ecm is presently managing vessels addressed to British, German
and French markets. The experience of our hotel specialists
allows us to be able to accommodate the individual needs of
any passenger.
Additionally to hotel management, Ecm is able to give technical
support and consultancy services for new-building or refurbishment
projects in the hotel area: dining rooms, bars, galleys, storerooms,
pantries, as well as deck buffets and all other on-board hotel
outlets.
